FRIENDLICALL COMMUNICATIONS, KOOLSPAN JOIN FORCES TO DELIVER HOSTED IP SOLUTIONS FOR RETAIL FRANCHISE AND CHAIN BUSINESSES

Alliance to offer franchise and chain store subscribers a comprehensive suite of managed services that combine encryption, VoIP, high-speed Internet access, converged e-mail, presence and instant messaging.

By integrating FriendliCall's softswitch with KoolSpan's encryption technology, FriendliCall will offer franchise business subscribers a comprehensive managed suite of services that combines encryption, VoIP, High-Speed Internet access, converged e-mail, presence, instant messaging, and video conferencing services.

FriendliCall and KoolSpan will begin delivering the services this month, and is the first to specifically target large franchise operations and their corporate campus headquarters.
